I think that I'm coming close to finish the search of OS/2 related project source code. I had finished the search on hobbes and other OS/2 public files sites, so now the old source code is available to the public and can be search since it is now on a moder and publis source code repository.
For the moment there are 1573 public repositories of OS/2 and eComStation open source (and some non-commercial) related projects on GitHub.
Now it is a good moment to take suggestions:
- Please search the repository for what I'm missing. Any OS/2 related source code that can be shared publically is welcome.
- Let's try to convince the few developers that we have to don't be shy and start using github or any other public respository to keep updating his source code.
- Any other suggestion is welcome on the OS2World forum.
Remember.
You can fork the repositories and try to "hack" yourself into the code without any worries or breaking anything. Github gives you the freedom to store any source code and generate all the forks you want.
If anybody wants administration rights to any repository, or want to help me uploading more source to github or have any other suggestion just write me to
Remember that help is always welcome. This is a community effort to help this platform.
Please give me your feedback on the OS2World Forum or write directly to me.
Regards.
