There is the problem in the JunkSpy 2.0 default setup that is preventing VOICE members from getting their messages.

By default JunkSpy 2.0 the current detector database includes the string MEMBERS@, causing messages sent from the Board to all VOICE members using the mailing list to be trapped as Junk Mail.

To prevent this from happening, you should IMMEDIATELY make the following changes to your JunkSpy detector database:

1) Start JunkSpy 2.0 if it is not already running;
2) Right-click on the Junk Spy window;
3) Left-click on the "Global Exceptions" item;
4) Left-click on the "Add" button;
5) Enter the string "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." into the "Find:" box; 6)
Left-click on the "Header" radio-button;
7) Left-click on "OK";
8) Left-click on "OK".

Now incoming messages will first be checked for the string "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." and if it is found, the rest of the checking will be skipped, preventing any messages intended for all VOICE members from
going to the Junk Spy folder.

If you are a VOICE member please make these changes IMMEDIATELY, because there is a nomination of new officers and an election coming up very soon, and we want to be sure you get all your emails. :-)

If you have any questions or problems regarding these changes, please let me know.

Thanks very much!
