DFSee is the SWISS-ARMY-KNIFE for disk and filesystem problems. It has FDISK-like displays, analysis and recovery tools with powerfull FIX commands and UNDELETE for HPFS and NTFS.

Version 4.10 fixes a trap and has new switches and options.
- Fixed several non-512 byte sector problems (CDROM trap/crash)
- Fixed several traps on HPFS sectors with missing / wrong data
- Fixed trap-D with a CDROM present (2048 bug, DFSUNFD 9 disks)
- ReadOnly in status, and detect RO img; -R option on VOL/PART
- Added -R switch/option forcing a safe global READ-ONLY mode
- Added -I switch forcing std Int13 use when cylinders < 1024
- Fixed CHECK/SLT command, added -r option to force a refresh
- Updated CR and SETBOOT for new parsers, added usage texts
- Updated all command-parsers; DFSMDOS now runs in 380 Kb
- -? = short help on all commandline switches, as in 'DFS -?'
- -t = auto timestamp to screen and logfile (also on -q and -l)
- -m = specify FDISK autoshow cmd, allowing multi-command too
- Added Intel EFI spec GPT_DISK type (recognize Win-XP types)
- Add "-r" and "-a" to "part" command, replacing the '!' option
- Add "-e" option to settype and fixext allow work on extended

Registering DFSee will give you the right to use all 4.xx versions and get support plus a reasonable amount of assistance by email.
But even more important, it enables further development of DFSee!
