New System Clock for eCS
Features of the System Clock for eCS:

* automatic change of clocks
* automatic detection of the time zone (up to a certain degree)
* display of local time and date, daylight saving time status and Universal Coordinated Time
* display of Swatch Beat
* display of up to four world cities' date and time, including daylight saving time status
* time synchronization using either RFC-867 or RFC-868 (alternatively DSTswitch protocol) to connect to well known time servers (comprehensive list included)
* automatic update of the list of available time zones


Features of the Scheduler/Task Planner:

* scheduling of messages or program invocations
* repetition of tasks from minutes to years
* message notifications can be silent, with beeps or a wav-file being played
* toggle active state of tasks
* making up of tasks if the computer wasn't active when the task was scheduled
