CDS, INC. ASSUMES DEVELOPMENT, SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF KELLER GROUP PMFAX PRODUCTS

Woodbury, MN, January 2nd, 2001 - - Computer Data Strategies, Inc. (CDS) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Keller Group Inc's popular PMfax software applications.

Keller Group, based in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, is a leader in voice and fax application technology, and its PMfax applications are well-recognized in the OS/2 and Linux market place.

"We are pleased to announce the completion of our acquisition of the PMfax products," stated Brent Bowlby, Software Products Manager of CDS. "We believe that CDS has a significant opportunity in the Linux market, and PMfax will accelerate our entry into that market."

With the acquisition now completed, CDS is rapidly moving forward with the development of new PMfax Workstation and LAN products for the Windows, Linux and OS/2 operating systems. CDS intends to deliver next-generation fax and voice products for the small business/SOHO, corporate and home market later this year.
