kLIBC version 0.6.3 and GCC 3.3.5 CSD3 have been released (6/10/2007). GCC is an open source compiler; features of the OS/2 port include fork() support, symlinks, chroot support, and many new functions. The kLIBC runtime is used by many OS/2 ports of Unix applications. Warning: there seems to be a backwards-compatibility issue; eSeamonkey 1.1.2 would not load with this installed, and I had to revert to kLIBC 0.6.2.
