Hi, I've built and uploaded to Hobbes http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/cgi-bin/h-search?key=coreutils the GNU coreutils ver 5.93. The core utils are the union of the GNU fileutils, sh-utils, and textutils packages.

This is just a quick build with no source changes using GCC 3.3.5 so libc063.dll is required. Most programs seem to work though things like cp.exe and mv.exe have no EA support. I repeat copying and moving files with this build will result in lost EAs. Of interest is the ln.exe command for creating symlinks. Any program built with klibc ver6+ and using the built in functions should work with symlinks. Though of course no promises and the only guarantee is that these programs are untested and may not work as advertised or at all.
