SeaMonkey v1.1.4 has been released for OS/2 and eCS (Aug 3rd, 2007). Releases are available in an OS/2 Installer and ZIP package at the following links:

According to the readme:

				OS/2 builds created from CVS tag SEAMONKEY_1_1_4_RELEASE without any changes
		from official sources. The .mozconfig used is included below. Cairo support
		is not activated for OS/2, so these packages do not support SVG or Canvas.
		Requires libc 0.5.1.
