QEMU is a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer.
When used as a machine emulator, QEMU can run OSes and programs
made for one machine on a different machine. By using dynamic
translation, it achieves very good performances.
When used as a virtualizer, QEMU achieves near native performances
by executing the guest code directly on the host CPU. A host driver
called the QEMU accelerator is needed in this case.

New in this version:
* workaround for "net user" (slirp)
* added a new option "-priority". This option is OS/2-specific. usage:
@ @-priority nochange not changed/use current priority (default)
@ @-priority idle idle (PRTYC_IDLETIME)
@ @-priority normal normal/regular (PRTYC_REGULAR)
@ @-priority high high (PRTYC_FORGROUNDSERVER)
For your comfortable GUI operarion, you should prefer "-priority idle".
