Lüko Willms reports that "language packs for many other languages besides English exist and are available from"

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.0.9/win32/xpi/

Original post follows:

Firefox 3.0.9 for OS/2 was released today. Please get it from the Warpzilla Ports page ( http://www.mozilla.org/ports/os2/ , until the web mirrors have synced you have to get it from
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.0.9/contrib/
), where the release package, the README file, and the MD5SUM file are linked.

Changes over 3.0.8 include fixes for 9 security issues, one of them rated critical, in cross-platform code (or 16 security issues total and 5 critical ones since 3.0.6, the last official release). No OS/2-specific changes were applied.

Note: this is the first release of Firefox 3.0.x created on my new hardware. If you see any problems with this release that you didn't have with 3.0 to 3.0.6 (or the unofficial 3.0.7 and 3.0.8) please let me know!

As usual for these "official" builds, please add bug reports to
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org

For help please go to the mozilla.dev.ports.os2 newsgroup on the news.mozilla.org newsserver.
