A project to implement printing in the newer versions of the Mozilla apps is under way. The first phase supports printing via CUPS and directly to Postscript printers; builds of Firefox v4.0b6pre and Seamonkey v2.1b1pre are available (9/9/2010) for testing. These releases are also the first to use Exceptq v7 to generate debugging reports should the app crash. The second phase of this project will attempt to support other printer drivers, but it will be several months before it is ready.
