Version 4.9 of the PCM Compatibility Testkit is updated to support use of USB printer for the Printer Device Driver Test (PRINTDD), replacing support of MIDI files with WAV files in multimedia tests, removal of the LAN Distance and Print Service Facilities tests the addition of a utility to detect the presence of parallel ports, serial ports, and legacy floppy drives.
Network testing is required before your system may be listed as compatible.
The testkit may be downloaded as an ISO image from which a CD can be burned or as a self-extracting zip file. Once extracted to a temporary directory, the testkit can be installed in the same manner as from the CD."
