As requested, I've posted a copy of XulRunner. Get it from:

http://e-vertise.com/warpzilla/xulrunner.zip

This is a program that would only be of interest to people who know or want to learn XUL, Mozilla's Extensible User-Interface Language.

It comes with a sample app called "Simple" that displays a window with a number and a button. When you press the button, it adds 1 to the number. I'd guess that the app should be packaged as an xpi file, but it isn't. To run it in its unpackaged state, you'd use a commandline like this:

xulrunner C:xulrunnersimpleapplication.ini

BTW... I included a copy of Run! renamed to xulrunner!lvn.exe. This will provide a console window to display the app's debugging output.
