Character Set Converter 0.1.0

Usage: csc [target]

[-f] filename Source or target is file.
-s source_string Source is command-line string.
-c Source is clipboard.
(nothing) Target is screen if not defined.
-ren [path]filename Filename conversion only (rename file or last directory in the path if filename not defined).

Cyrillic codepages aliases:

d[os] = cp866 ; k[oi] = cp878 ; w[in] = cp1251 ; m[ac] = cp1283
a[uto] = cyrillic 'codepage from' autodetect (you know what you are doing)

Examples:

csc.exe cp850 D file1.txt -f file2.txt : cp850 file1.txt -> cp866 file2.txt
csc.exe koi utf-8 -s "just input string" : cp878 string -> cp1208 screen
csc.exe cp1046 cp1047 -c file.txt : cp1046 clipboard -> cp1047 file.txt
csc.exe win DOS -ren C:la-blaxyz : cp1251 -> cp866 rename 'abcdef'
