Macworld UK is mentioning OS2 regarding an article about Opera browser:

Opera Software has announced it has succesfully issued its shares in connection with its plans to become listed on Oslo's Stock Exchange.

Opera makes Web browsers for a variety of platforms, including Mac, Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, OS/2, QNX and Smartphones and PDAs. The company also produces embedded browsers for a variety of applications.

Opera will be listed on that exchange starting today with the ticker symbol OPERA. Price per share was set at 10 Kroner per share. 560 million shares sold at this price, around 83 per cent from international institutional investors, the company said.

Opera chairman Christian Thommessen said: "The interest in our IPO and listing is an endorsement from the marketplace that Opera's technology is playing a significant role in the evolution of the Internet."
