I typed a few months ago Mensys has received permission from Adobe to distribute the Windows binaries of Flash with eComStation. This is the best sollution because otherwhise we would need pay for all kinds of patents, like MP3 support. A developer is working right now to get Flash 9 working.
This build is not suitable for public testing yet, hence why there is no release yet. But with a Flash 9 plugin and an updated ODIN enviroment the plugin is working partly, youtube display video's. But crashes of the browser and the plugin occur. This is because the program used to make the Flash Windows DLL load, ODIN has not been updated for close to 3 years. ODIN is basicly what they have on Linux in the form off Wine to load Windows programs. The developer is working right now hard to get that all done. Some code will come from Wine.
The final goal is to get Flash 10 working. But this makes some calls on Windows that still need to be implemented in ODIN.
So there is not a public release yet, but its on the move.
So hang in there.
