Mat Kramer has released VyperHelp as Open Source under the GNU GPL License.

"VyperHelp is a visual outliner and editor for creating online help for OS/2-based systems. It generates IPF files, as well as HTML and WinHelp files."

Developers are also needed to continue this project. Anyone interested can download the source code at:

To continue the development the following tools are needed:
- VisualAge C++ 3.0 for OS/2 with all lastest Fixpacks
- VisualParse++ 1.1 for OS/2
- IBM Software Installer 1.4.1 for OS/2
- A Zip tool such as Infozip

The developers also have the option to port the code to other compiler/tools.
