"torpak/2 packaged by dink

why bittorrent, especially since its not as easy as using xnap/limewire/etc?? with bittorrent, you're almost guaranteed to receive the file you want at very high speeds, with limewire/xnap, theres a 20% chance you'll actually receive an entire file thats bigger than 100megs

torpak contains:
python, bittorrent & a nice launcher, preconfured to run without frying your brain setting up python 'n stuff.

whats new:
updated to the latest version of python + socket updates
updated the bittorrent client. (fixes the "update your client" errors)
changed the default ports to avoid problems with certain trackers can be installed in Mozilla/2"
